Contact support

We aim to respond within three business days. Include the product version, operating system and a short description. For VST® 3 issues, include your DAW and version. For orders, include the order reference and checkout email. Do not send passwords, full card details or activation codes.

Trial and license

Jelly Loop is USD 15.50, paid once. The trial includes Classic 808 and Classic 909; activation unlocks all eighteen kits. Initial online activation is followed by permanent offline use, with up to two installations and no subscription.

Moving or recovering a license

The standalone application and VST3 on the same computer and user profile share an installation. Contact us if you lose an activation email, replace a computer or cannot access an old installation. Use your purchase email and order reference so we can verify ownership.

Billing and refunds

Contact MIRRODIA first for missing delivery or product issues. Creem is the planned checkout provider, subject to approval and integration. For future Creem purchases, the receipt and Customer Portal provide payment and invoice support.

Release availability

Jelly Loop 1.0 for Windows x64 includes standalone and VST3 instrument formats in one installer. Download the Windows trial from the product page. The installer is not digitally signed; contact support if Windows shows a publisher prompt or installation fails. Purchasing is not yet available. macOS and AAX are not available.
